Franco Mancini, founder of "i Mancini" Pizzeria, invites you to enjoy pizzas and dishes of Apulian and Italian excellence. Franco has proudly carried on the family tradition, being the son disciple of Don Michele and Donna Erminia, veterans of the local restaurant business, known in Bari for the goodness of their pizzas made "as they used to be" and with high quality ingredients.

 

Today, the management of the pizzeria has passed to his son Francesco Pio Mancini, who with great enthusiasm and respect for the family tradition continues the work started by his father. Francesco Pio, strong in the teachings received, has been able to maintain the identity of the pizzeria, enriching it with new ideas and a touch of modernity.

 

Alongside him, his sister Erminia continues to collaborate with great passion, a precious ally in the management and reception of customers. “i Mancini”
